Fast Service SG Services

Fast Service SG provides washing machine repair, maintenance, inspection, and servicing-related services across Singapore. All services of the company are subject to the availability of spare parts, service location, and technician assessment.
Service Booking & Confirmation
✅ Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, online forms, email, or other communication channels.
✅ Appointment times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or any unforeseen circumstances.
✅ Fast Service SG reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with prior notice.
Pricing & Payments
✅ Service charges are based on thorough inspection, repair complexity, parts required, and labour.
✅ Final pricing will be informed after inspection and before repair commencement.
✅ Total payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
✅ We accept cash, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods available in Singapore.
Spare Parts & Repairs
✅ Replacement of repairing parts may be original, compatible, or refurbished, depending on availability and customer consent.
✅ All replaced parts remain the property of Fast Service SG unless otherwise requested by the customer.
✅ All repairs are performed based on professional assessment and best practices.
Warranty & Service Guarantee
✅ Any warranty coverage, if provided, applies only to specific repairs or parts and will be communicated clearly.
✅ Warranty does not cover misuse, electrical issues, water supply problems, physical damage, or successive faults unrelated to the original repair condition.
✅ Unauthorized third-party repair service will void any warranty.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
✅ Provide accurate information about the appliance issue or faults
✅ Ensure safe, timely, & clear access to the appliance
✅ Secure children, pets & maintain a safe working environment
✅ Disconnect valuables or sensitive items near the repair service area
Cancellations & No-Shows
✅ Any cancellation should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
✅ Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a repair service or inspection fee.
Limitation of Liability
Fast Service SG shall not be liable for:
✅ Pre-existing appliance conditions or faults
✅ Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the appliance
✅ Delays caused by factors beyond our control are not our liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Fast Service SG website, including text, logos, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Fast Service SG and may not be reproduced/redistributed /sold/shared without written permission.
Privacy & Data Protection
